Paint-A-Piece
Paint-A-Piece Pottery Studio is a great place to come and have a good time, AND you get to have something to remember it by. In our pottery studio, you can paint ready made items that range from plates and picture frames to vases and cake stands! We also have garden benches, where you can paint square tiles then we place them with other mosaics on the garden bench. This is great for wedding, anniversary, or birthday gifts. You paint your item, then we fire it so it will have a glossy finish and be ready to use. It is great for individuals or groups of all ages. You can even have parties here! Come to the Paint-a-Piece pottery studio for your next field trip, birthday party, wedding shower, baby shower, or if you just want a break to do something creative!
Packages that we have:
Birthday: "Do It Yourself"
This is $10 per child, you get the party room for 2 hours, and we do all of the cleaning up!
"Piece of Cake"
$35 registration fee, $10 per child, you get the party room for two hours, we will decorate, furnish a birthday cake, candles, balloons, drinks, napkins, plates, cups, and ice! Candy and chips will not be included, but we will also do all of the cleaning up! The two hours includes time to paint your pottery.
Field Trip: Three Options:
- Teachers can bring their classes to paint their own pottery! Teachers pick the price range of items for students to paint and the students bring their own money to purchase the items.
- The teacher picks the one item that the students paint, for example a picture frame. Then the students all paint the same item.
- Day Package: This includes painting pottery at the studio, taking a walking mural tour, touring the Storytelling Museum, inside historic Cotton Hall, and participating in a storytelling circle workshop. We can also provide space for lunchtime. All within walking distance of each other! It all depends on what you would like to do and have time for.
